Customer Service Center
Customer Focus is one of NUC Core Values, Customer care office at the Civic Centre between Bendigo Bank and Cenpac was renovated and redesign to better serve our customers with comfort and care.
The Customer Care Office was completed Refurbishment in November 2017, NUC staff moved in on the second week of November and started servicing customers with power topup and water purchase.
Early this year 2018 NUC have introduce Scratch Card Electricity Top up, as part of NUC Strategy to improve Customer Service. Simply follow the instruction given at the back of the card all information you need is provided.
